This is the worst 9th inning ever. The Giants had the game won on a pretty easy call and now the Mets got the third out but the third base umpire called....something? I don't even know what happened just now.

Yeah, bad call ruined the sweep. Either way, it was a good game.

Wow, that Giants/Dodgers game last night was crazy.

Their rivalry just keeps on heating up year after year. There were purposefully hit batters, an ejected pitcher/manager/bench coach for the Dodgers. The Dodger's hitting coach took over and ended up making a technical error while talking to their ace closer, Broxton. He went to the mound to talk to him, stepped off, went back to the mound to say one more thing and then left. The Giant's manager Bruce Bochy called him out and said that constituted a second trip to the mound so Broxton had to leave. The dodgers had to put up another reliever who was not warmed up, tossed an 85 mph fat ball and got a double on him, Giants win the game.

Giants one game back from getting the first spot in the West, they're also one and a half game back from wild card spot. The Padres have been slipping, losing a ton of games as of late, I am a little worried about The Rockies though because they have an amazing September every god damn year. Hopefully The Reds will be able to win the next two games against The Rockies.
